stop alertthingy bouncing to the top notification on refresh started
when alertthingy refreshes it bounces you to the latest notification. if i'm scrolling through to check out what's been happening this is annoying as i then need to scroll back through to find out where i go to (to then carry on looking). it should just stay put where it is, and if you want to show something to indicate that there are new alerts then that's cool.

and if you're trying to write a tweet when the refresh happens then you also get bounced to the latest alerts view, and then have to click back to the tweet section to finish the tweet. all part of the same issue though.
