Alert Thingy ignoring default browser setting. started

I'm using firefox as a default browser. But when I click Alert Thingy's link (update, config, etc) IE shows up :/ It should be respect user's default settings.

This should fix your problem if you are using vista:

To correct this issue, set the default browser using the following steps:

- Select Start > Default Programs > Set Program Access And Computer Defaults.

- Click Continue in the Security Alert dialog box, if it appears.

- Select Custom, and then select your preferred browser under Choose A Default Web Browser; click OK.
